Despite a rush of fanboy speculation late yesterday, Zack Snyder’s “Justice League” does not have a 170 minute runtime.
The Wrap reports that an individual with close knowledge of the project says that despite several reports at CinemaCon about the runtime being set, the film is still in post-production and not only isn’t done but those involved “aren’t close to knowing the precise runtime as of now”.
The rumors had the film at clocking in twenty minutes longer than the “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” theatrical cut of 151 minutes. This led to the IMDb page for “Justice League” being updated to include a 170 minute runtime.
“Justice League” opens in cinemas on November 17th.
