“Fate of the Furious” Gets A Roomy Runtime

The upcoming “The Fate of the Furious,” the eighth film in the series, has scored easily the longest runtime to date of any entry in the franchise.

Cinemarx.Ro (via The IMDb) has listed the film as having a 160 minute runtime – that’s twenty minutes longer than the previous film “Furious 7,” and a full half-hour longer than the two films before that.

In the new entry a mysterious woman (Charlize Theron) seduces Dom into the world of crime and a betrayal of those closest to him, forcing the crew to face trials that will test them as never before.

The film opens worldwide on the second full week of April, specifically April 14th in the UK and the United States.
