Netflix has premiered the first trailer for the second season of its bonkers fantasy action series “Warrior Nun”. No launch date for the new run has yet been set.
The series revolves around a formerly quadriplegic orphan teenager who wakes up in a morgue with a new lease of life and supernatural powers from a divine artifact embedded in her back.
She discovers she is now part of the ancient Order of the Cruciform Sword that has been tasked with fighting demons on Earth. Portuguese actress Alba Baptista leads the series
