Series Trailer: Patrick Brammall In “Last Seen”

Apple TV

Apple TV has premiered the trailer for “Last Seen,” the Patrick Brammall-led eight-episode series which premieres globally on Apple TV on September 9th and runs through October 7th.

Brammall stars as police detective Ian Ridley, whose life collapsed after his young daughter, Maggie, disappeared without a trace. Over a decade later, Ridley is working as a police dispatcher and still refuses to accept that his daughter is dead.

Then a call comes in. When Ridley answers a distress call from a teenage girl he becomes convinced is Maggie, his obsession with finding her suddenly has a new lead. Is he right? or simply hearing what he desperately wants to hear.

Also starring are Maxine Peake (“Say Nothing”), Brendan Cowell (“Dune: Prophecy”), Daniel Henshall (“Mickey 17”), Zahra Newman (“Thirteen Lives”), Jessica Wren, Tobias Muhafidin, and newcomer Chloe Jean Lourdes.

The series hails from writer and executive producer Kris Mrksa (“Requiem,” “No Escape”) based on Ryan David Jahn’s award-winning novel “The Dispatcher”.

Emmy-nominated filmmaker Christian Schwochow (“The Crown”) directs and executive produces. The project was filmed entirely in Victoria, Australia.
