Dune
Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi epic “Dune” is coming home with Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announcing a January 11th 2022 physical disc release date for the movie on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD.
The film is also coming to Digital HD on various platforms from December 3rd, the same day the movie will return to IMAX cinemas for a limited time. [Source: WBHE]

Focus Features has set an October 7th 2022 release date for “In the Bedroom” and “Little Children” director Todd Field’s long awaited return to the screen with “Tar”.

Netflix’s heist action-comedy “Red Notice” – starring Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds – is set to become Netflix’s most-watched movie in its first 28 days of release.
After just 10 days, the film has registered 277.9 million hours viewed – already putting it at No. 2 with the movie expected to pass crown holder “Bird Box” which had 282 million hours viewed across the much longer period of 28 days. [Source: Variety]
The Dresden Sun
Christina Ricci and Samantha Win have joined Michael Ryan’s cyberpunk indie feature “The Dresden Sun”. Ricci will play the inventor of a cosmic technology dealing with a recent loved one’s death.
In the film a heist goes south when a brilliant principled mercenary with a traumatic past works with a corporate insider to steal a valued asset called ‘the sphere’ from a major corporation. [Source: Deadline]
Midas Man
Jay Leno will play legendary talk show host Ed Sullivan in the forthcoming biopic “Midas Man” about The Beatles’ manager Brian Epstein (played by Jacob Fortune-Lloyd).
“Vinyl” director Sara Sugarman is taking over for helmer Jonas Akerlund who recently exited the film, shutting it down mid-shoot with production expected to resume in January in Los Angeles. [Source: NME]
