Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Doomsday” has reportedly officially wrapped filming after five months of shooting.
Numerous crew members have posted that the project had wrapped, sharing images of exclusive merchandise they received at the shoot’s end, including t-shirts with the film’s logo and Doctor Doom artwork.
Shooting on the penultimate entry in the Multiverse Saga began in April, and 5-6 months is a pretty standard timetable for an “Avengers” shoot.
The project will be in post-production for quite a while, and as it’s Marvel, it’s expected that multiple weeks of additional filming will take place next year with the first round potentially going as early as January.
While over two dozen cast members have been revealed thus far, further casting is being kept under wraps for now. It’s expected some of those names will be revealed in the coming months, but others will stay under wraps until the film itself hits cinemas.
“Avengers: Doomsday” is slated for release on December 18th 2026.
