Star Trek: Resurgence
The video game “Star Trek: Resurgence” has once again been delayed, this time a last-minute push from April to May this year. The Telltale Games-esque narrative adventure title was first announced at the 2021 version of The Game Awards with this delay attributed to “adding a final coat of polish” to the title. The Dwelling
Amazon Studios has reportedly won an auction for Aaron Jayh’s unpublished short story “The Dwelling” with Michael B. Jordan attached to produce and potentially star. Aaron Guzikowski (“Prisoners”) will adapt the story.

The tale follows a newly divorced father and former all-pro football player who discovers a house buried in his backyard. The blows he took on the field have begun to make him unsure of what is real and imagined as things begin to go awry. [Source: Deadline]

Maserati: A Racing Life
“Crash” co-writer Bobby Moresco is set to direct the biopic “Maserati: A Racing Life” about the automotive family. Moresco also recently helmed the “Lamborghini” biopic, and filming on this aims to begin later this year in Bologna, Italy.

The film will follow three brothers Alfieri, Ettore and Ernesto, who started out making spark plugs and devices for aircraft engines and, driven by a passion for fast cars, entered the auto racing world. This will primarily focus on Alfieri Maserati, who died for his dream. [Source: Variety]
