Amazon Prime Video is developing the action-adventure series “Seven Wonders” which is set to both star and be executive produced by “Shang-Chi” breakout Simu Liu.
Based on Ben Mezrich’s novel, the story centers on Dr. Nate Grady (Liu), a brilliant botanist-adventurer who teams up with the slippery international fixer Sloane Seydoux on a breathless race to solve an ancient mystery tied to the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Adam Cozad (“The Legend of Tarzan”) is penning the script while Justin Lin (“Fast Five”) directs. Lin and “Black Adam” producer Beau Flynn executive produce alongside Cozad, Salvador Gatdula, and Andrew Schneider.
