Paramount+ has announced that the Owen Wilson-led “Secret Headquarters” has become the streaming platform’s most-watched original movie in its first week of release.
The high-concept family action film was produced by Paramount Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films and was originally intended for theaters but was instead sent straight to the Paramount+ service where it debuted on August 12th.
Paramount’s claim was made without offering any numbers as the streamer does not disclose viewership data publicly.
“Secret Headquarters” is presently available to stream on Paramount+ in North America and will be launching later this year in additional international territories.
