The Mandalorian
“Black Panther” Oscar-winning Swedish composer Ludwig Göransson, who did the music for the first two seasons of “The Mandalorian,” is returning for the spin-off “The Book of Boba Fett”. Göransson is also expected back for the third season of Mando.

In ‘Book’, Temuera Morrison will reprise his role as the titular bounty hunter with Ming-Na Wen also returning as assassin Fennec Shand in the series which is targeting a December launch. [Source: Film Music Reporter]

Antlers
The Scott Cooper-directed, Guillermo del Toro-produced horror thriller “Antlers” will close out this year’s Beyond Fest with a world premiere on October 11th. Searchlight is giving the film a theatrical release from October 29th.

The story follows a small-town Oregon teacher, Julia Meadows (Keri Russell), and her sheriff brother (Jesse Plemons) as they become entwined with a young student (Jeremy T. Thomas) whose dark secrets lead to terrifying encounters with a legendary ancestral creature who came before them. [Source: THR]

Let the Right One In
Showtime has announced it has handed out a series order for “Let the Right One In”. A ten-episode series adaptation of the John Ajvide Lindqvist novel will go into production in New York City in early 2022. [Source: Collider]

Super In Love
Peter Farrelly will direct the comedy movie “Super In Love” for Amblin Partners (“Green Book”). Plot specifics are under wraps, but Flint Wainess penned the original script. Farrelly is currently at work on “The Greatest Beer Run Ever”. [Source: THR]
