Netflix has acquired worldwide rights to the Justin Timberlake and Benicio Del Toro-led “Reptile” from Black Label Media.
The story picks up following the brutal murder of a young real estate agent and follows a hardened detective (Del Toro) as he attempts to uncover the truth in a case where nothing is as it seems.
In doing so, he finds himself dismantling the illusions in his own life. Music video director Grant Singer is helming the film which he co-wrote with Benjamin Brewer (“The Trust”).
Molly Smith, Trent Luckinbill and Thad Luckinbill are producing.
