Sam Raimi’s “Evil Dead” franchise is making a hell of a comeback. There’s the currently shooting “Evil Dead Rise” which released some set photos in recent days via director Lee Cronin’s Twitter account with shots so bloody we can’t include them here.
Also on the way is “Evil Dead: The Game,” a co-op title that was originally set for release later this year. Now though, it has been delayed to February next year – but with good intention.
Saber Interactive is reportedly using the delay to allow them to not only fine-tune and polish the game but to also implement a single-player option with bots so people can jump into the title without having to play with others.
The title is still set for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
