Netflix has announced a sequel to popular family comedy film “Yes Day” is in the works with Golden Globe winner Jennifer Garner attached to reprise her role as Allison Torres.
The sequel will be a part of a new multi-picture deal Garner has just signed for the streamer which will see her both star in and produce new films for them.
The first film follows a couple who decide to give their three kids a YES DAY where for 24 hours the kids make the rules. This sets them off on whirlwind adventure around Los Angeles.
The film was based on best-selling children’s novel by Amy Krouse Rosenthal and co-starred Edgar Ramirez, Jenna Ortega, Julian Lerner, Megan Stott, June Diane Raphael, and Nat Faxon.
Garner will next be seen in Netflix’s sci-fi film “The Adam Project” starring Ryan Reynolds, Zoe Saldana, and Mark Ruffalo.
