Y: The Last Man
FX has released a new concept teaser for “Y: The Last Man,” the upcoming series adaptation of the acclaimed comics series by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra.
The art teaser shows no footage but sets up the series premise in which every male mammal on the planet suddenly dies… all except one young man and his pet monkey.
The first two of ten episodes begin on FX on Hulu on September 13th.
What We Do In The Shadows
FX has premiered the first teaser for the third season of “What We Do In The Shadows” and while it’s just one joke, it’s a good one. Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi’s series incarnation of their 2014 film has become just as acclaimed as its predecessor and finally returns September 2nd.
The Outer Banks
Netflix’s action-packed teen drama “Outer Banks” has released the trailer for its second season which arrives on the service on July 30th.
The story follows a group of underprivileged teens who are thrown into a dangerous journey after they find a treasure map. Now fugitives in the Bahamas, John B fights to clear his name.
The Deceived
Finally there’s the trailer for “The Deceived,” the new project from “Derry Girls” creator Lisa McGee which tells a very “Rebecca”-esque story. Emmett J. Scanlan, Emily Reid and Paul Mescal co-star in the series which premieres on July 18th on Starz.
The action follows a young woman is pushed into the mystery of a dead female writer as she finds her lover, the writer’s widower, may be into far more than she ever expected.
