Aniplex has teased the upcoming second season of Ufotable’s wildly popular anime series “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” based on the best-selling manga.
The action this time is set in the Yoshiwara Entertainment District, a city’s Red Light District that’s awash in vanity and desire of men and women.
It’s a town of the night swirling with love and hate as Tanjiro and his friends investigate reports of demon activity there. The demon slayer Tengen Uzui appears in the trailer and reportedly has a major presence in the new season.
The new season, dubbed ‘Entertainment District Arc’, follows on from the events of both the 2019 first season and last year’s sequel film “Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train” which was a massive box-office success.
