Voltage Pictures has released the first trailer for “Ava,” the Tate Taylor-directed action thriller starring Jessica Chastain as a black ops assassin specializing in high profile hits.
When a job goes dangerously wrong, she is forced to fight for her own survival in the film which also stars Colin Farrell, Common, Geena Davis, John Malkovich, Ioan Gruffudd and Joan Chen.
The project, controversially penned by Aussie actor/writer/director Matthew Newton, is targeting a September 25th release in the United States with U.K. plans to be announced.
