Better Things
FX has set a Thursday, February 28th premiere date for the third season of the Peabody-winning comedy series “Better Things”. Pamela Adlon creates, directs and stars as a single mother and working actor with no filter, raising her three daughters, Max (Mikey Madison), Frankie (Hannah Alligood) and Duke (Olivia Edward) in Los Angeles. She also looks after her mother Phil (Celia Imrie), an English expat with questionable faculties who lives across the street. [Source: Deadline]

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch
There’s no question the recent choose-your-own-adventure feature film “Black Mirror: Bandersnatch” on Netflix was a massive challenge. Now, in a new featurette, creator Charlie Brooker talks about the making of the ambitious film experiment which has millions of permutations. The film’s story follows a young programmer who begins to question reality as he adapts a sprawling fantasy novel into a video game and soon faces a mind-mangling challenge.

Fear the Walking Dead
Austin Amelio, who plays disfigured former Savior Dwight on “The Walking Dead,” will crossover and become a regular on spin-off series “Fear the Walking Dead”. The factory the group found in the most recent season finale will serve as a home base for the new season in which they will find themselves pitted against new adversaries – human, walker, and even nature itself. Star Trek: Discovery
CBS has premiered a new featurette for the second season of “Star Trek: Discovery” with a focus on Anson Mount who talks about what it’s like playing Captain Christopher Pike on the CBS All Access series. The new season premieres on January 17th.

Friends From College
Netflix has premiered the official trailer for the second season of their comedy series “Friends from College,” offering a new look at what a group of friends from Harvard get up to now they’re well into adulthood.

Keegan-Michael Key (Ethan), Cobie Smulders (Lisa), Annie Parisse (Sam), Nat Faxon (Nick), Fred Savage (Max) and Jae Suh Park (Marianne) all return to face down their forties and their oftentimes complicated relationships with one another. The show returns January 11th.
