Rogue One Spin-Off Series
The upcoming “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” spin-off series starring Diego Luna reprising his Cassian Andor role is reportedly scheduled to begin its production in October. The series will exclusively premiere on Disney’s upcoming streaming service Disney+, and this date start confirms it won’t see its debut until well into 2020. The makers of the “Doctor Who” New Year’s special have released a featurette about their take on the return of The Doctor’s most formidable enemies – the Daleks. Specifically one Dalek who eventually reconstructs itself from spare parts – with the designers discussing the look and aim with this creation.

Black Monday
Showtime has released the full pilot episode for its 1980s-set Wall Street dramedy “Black Monday” which goes to air on the network on January 20th. Don Cheadle, Andrew Rannells and Regina Hall star in the series about a group of outsiders who took on the blue-blood, old-boys club of Wall Street and ended up crashing the world’s largest financial system.
