New behind-the-scenes photos and videos have emerged from the Surrey set of the live-action “Tomb Raider” TV series currently in the works at Prime Video.
Actress Sophie Turner, who plays Lara Croft in the show, was shooting “physically demanding sequences” in a “secluded wooded location” for the show.
Those sequences included knight fight scenes and a motorbike getaway with co-star Martin Bobb-Semple steering the bike. Bobb-Semple plays Zip, Lara’s trusted tech support and close ally.
These follow on from set reports earlier this month that saw Turner gliding over a lake with a parachute before sprinting into some woods.
Turner has reportedly been in physical training for a year to prep for the part, saying it has been an ‘eight hours a day, five days a week’ full time job for her since February 2025.
Filming is expected to continue for the next several months with the show likely to debut sometime in 2027 on Prime Video.
