A Third “Paw Patrol” Film Is Coming

Paramount Pictures

Spin Master Entertainment, Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Pictures have announced that a third film in the “Paw Patrol” franchise is on the way and will hit cinemas in 2026.

The announcement comes ahead of the first sequel, “Paw Patrol: A Mighty Movie,” hitting cinemas this Friday. Cal Brunker, who directed the first two films, will return to direct.

The now decade-old TV series follows a tech-savvy boy and his heroic group of pups – each with different skills who are equipped to help out in emergency situations.

The first film arrived in 2021 and grossed more than $144 million worldwide – despite debuting simultaneously on the Paramount+ service.

Taraji P. Henson, Kristen Bell, Christian Convery, Brice Gonzalez, Mckenna Grace and Lil Rel Howery lend their voices to the films.

Jennifer Dodge, Laura Clunie and Toni Stevens will produce the third film, which joins other Paramount animated features on the way – including “Transformers,” “Smurfs” and “Avatar: The Last Airbender”.
