Following last week’s trailer, FX has premiered a new one-minute trailer for “Y: The Last Man,” their long in the works series adaptation of Brian K. Vaughan’s acclaimed comic.
The story follows young amateur escape artist Yorick Brown (Ben Schnetzer) and his pet monkey Ampersand, the last two men on Earth after an event that simultaneously kills every mammal on Earth possessing a Y chromosome.
Society is plunged into chaos as the surviving women everywhere try to cope with the loss and figure out what happened. Diane Lane, Olivia Thirlby, Ashley Romans, Amber Tamblyn, Marin Ireland and Juliana Canfield co-star in the series which premieres on September 13th.
