Grand Hotel
ABC has cancelled its Eva Longoria-produced drama series “Grand Hotel” after a single season. Australian actor Lincoln Younes tweeted the news, Younes playing a love interest of the hotel owner’s daughter in the series set around the Riviera Grand Hotel in Miami Beach. Demian Bichir, Rosalyn Sanchez and Denyse Tontz co-starred. [Source: Twitter]

Punky Brewster
Cherie Johnson, who played the best friend of Punky (Soleil Moon Frye) in the original 1980s “Punky Brewster” series, will reprise her role of Cherie in the upcoming revival from Universal Content Productions. In the new version, Punky is now a single mother of three trying to get her life back on track when she meets a young girl who reminds her a lot of her younger self. [Source: The Wrap]

Insatiable
Netflix has premiered the first trailer for the second season of its black comedy series “Insatiable” as Debby Ryan’s Patty Bladell has become a murder suspect. The second season finds Patty dealing with a past that is haunting her, and her struggle to be “good” is becoming harder and harder each day as she battles her inner demons. The new season will premiere on October 11th.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie
Vince Gilligan’s highly anticipated “El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie” has released another brief character teaser, this one showing off the return of Larry Hankin’s junkyard owner Old Joe from “Breaking Bad”.

In the series, Joe helped Jesse (Aaron Paul) and Walter (Bryan Cranston) on multiple occasions with his extensive knowledge of cops and engineering along with his yard’s handy car crusher. “El Camino” will be available for streaming on October 11th from Netflix.
