A couple of smaller film trailers today starting with “Certain Women” and “Meek’s Cutoff” helmer Kelly Reichardt’s new period film “First Cow”. John Magaro, Orion Lee, and Toby Jones star in the film, opening March 6th, about two men on a wild ride through the Oregon Territory in the 1820s on a journey that takes them to China and back again.
Next comes Tom McCarthy’s “Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made” which hits the Disney+ streaming service on February 7th. That film follows the hilarious exploits of a quirky kid who, along with his 1,500-pound polar bear partner Total, operates a Portland detective agency.
Then there’s “Standing Up, Falling Down,” a new comedy opening February 21st about a man (Ben Schwarz) who failed doing standup comedy and must return to his parents’ house in Long Island to figure out what to do next with his life. He then strikes up an unlikely friendship with an eccentric dermatologist (Billy Crystal).
Finally there’s the trailer for “Giant Little Ones” opening March 1st. That film follows a handsome high school guy living the perfect teenage life until an unexpected event changes everything. Josh Wiggins, Kyle MacLachlan and Maria Bello star.
