A bunch of new official photos have been released via Entertainment Weekly as part of their 2026 film preview guide.
Amongst them is the first look at Hugh Jackman, Jodie Comer, and Bill Skarsgård in A24’s “The Death of Robin Hood,” which hails from “Pig” and “A Quiet Place: Day One” director Michael Sarnoski.
The film, shot in Northern Island this year, is expected to follow Robin in the last days of his life. Don’t expect him to be some swashbuckling hero either, Sarnoski tells EW:
“He was this murderous outlaw who did a lot of terrible things, and was kind of monstrous. But he’s lived long enough to see this folklore get created about him. He’s figuring out how he feels about that, about being portrayed as a hero when he knows what he really was.”
There are also new photos from Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” including new shots of Matt Damon as Odysseus, Anne Hathaway as Penelope, Tom Holland as Telemachus, Robert Pattinson as Antinous, and a first look at Himesh Patel as Eurylochus.
Finally there’s new shots from “Mortal Kombat II” with the director indicating that Karl Urban’s Johnny Cage takes a lot of fighting inspiration from Jackie Chan with not just fast paced martial arts but hijinks and use of objects in the environment.
