Kevin Hart is attached to star and produce the action-comedy “On the Run” through his Hartbeat Productions company for Universal Pictures.
“Brooklyn Nine-Nine” producer/writer Aeysha Carr will write the script in which a hit man’s assigned target turns out to be a surprise.
Will Packer, who previously worked with Hart on “Ride Along” and “Think Like A Man,” will produce.
