The first trailer is out for “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come,” the follow-up to the surprise and well-regarded 2019 horror comedy hit.

The Radio Silence team, who followed up the success of the film with the fifth and sixth “Scream” movies, returns for this with Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett directing.

Samara Weaving returns from the original and is joined this time by Kathryn Newton as her sister. The film picks up shortly after the end of the first.

With all the members of the Le Domas family dead, Grace’s actions in the first film have triggered the next stage – double or nothing. The members of several powerful, wealthy families have to engage her in a new game, and whoever survives will essentially control the world.

Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, Néstor Carbonell, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng, David Cronenberg, and Elijah Wood star in the new film which Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy penned the script for.

The first film earned $57 million worldwide on a $6 million budget. “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come” opens in cinemas on April 10th 2026.
