Paramount Pictures has released its 60-second ‘Big Game Spot’ for “Scream 7,” the film set to be advertised during the coming weekend’s Super Bowl.
The studio has also announced a “Scream 7” Opening Night Fan Event Screening to be held at 6pm on Thursday, February 26th – one day ahead of its opening nationwide on February 27th.
The event will be held at participating IMAX locations and theatres across the country. Ticketholders attending the advance fan screening will enjoy special content curated for the event and receive a limited-edition collector’s print commemorating the 30th anniversary of the franchise.
Tickets for both the event screening and for general theatrical showtimes go on sale Monday, February 9th. A list of which cinemas will hold the fan event screenings is up at screammovie.com/seeitfirst.
In the film, a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.
Original “Scream” writer Kevin Williamson directs the film from a screenplay by Kevin Williamson and Guy Busick and story by James Vanderbilt & Guy Busick.
