Paramount+ has premiered the full trailer for the second season of “Dexter: Resurrection” which returns on October 30th.
The second season kicks off three years after the events of the first season of ‘Resurrection’, with Dexter’s son Harrison (Jack Alcott) having turned 21 and enlisting to become an NYPD cop.
The second season finds Dexter Morgan (Hall) caught between two killers — one with decades of notoriety and a lifetime of kills behind him, and the other a fresh young face terrorising New York in ways no one has ever seen.
Meanwhile, Dexter battles a new and unexpected enemy: a mid-life crisis. Harrison (Jack Alcott) continues his own pursuit of justice as father and son face their darkest chapter yet.
Killers this season include Lucas Stark/The Five Borough Killer (Dan Stevens), Don Framt/The New York Ripper (Brian Cox), Ray Ballad/The Sleepy-Eyed Strangler (Gabriel Luna) and Krysten Ritter’s returning Mia LaPierre/Lady Vengeance.
Uma Thurman, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Desmond Harrington, and James Remar also return from the first season. Bokeem Woodbine and Nona Parker Johnson mark new additions for the second season.
Showrunner Clyde Phillips executive produces the series. Hall, Scott Reynolds, Marcos Siega, Tony Hernandez and Lilly Burns also executive produce,
