More State of Play June 2026 Trailers

Crystal Dynamics

While the “Marvel’s Wolverine” gameplay and “God of War Laufey” first look were the biggest first-party reveals at Sony PlayStation’s State of Play presentation today, and we’ve covered them elsewhere, there were plenty of other trailers and announcements made.

One of those was “Until Dawn 2,” a PS5-exclusive sequel to the 2015 slasher horror thriller, which allowed players to choose the way the story unfolded. The new one follows a team of ambitious ghost hunters as they chase their next viral hit on a remote island haunted by a woman’s chilling story of something far darker than they bargained for. Dacre Montgomery and Peter Stormare lead the cast, and the game is set for release in 2027.

Next comes the fast-paced action RPG “Phantom Blade Zero” which is finally coming on October 29th, with a further gameplay and story deep dive set to happen late Summer. There’s also a trailer for “Onimusha: Way of the Sword” which has finally set a September 26th launch date.

Onto the third-party titles and sadly “Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis,” the remake of the original “Tomb Raider” game from the 1990s, won’t arrive this year – instead it’s coming February 12th 2027. A great new trailer has been released, showing just how dramatically the game has been overhauled.

There’s also a new trailer for Remedy Entertainment’s “Control” follow-up “Control Resonant” which has also set a release date – September 24th. It’s one of multiple titles that are seemingly hitting in the late September/October window in order to get clear of “Grand Theft Auto VI” in November.

Next is “Rayman Legends Retold,” a remake of the original legendary platformer with new story twists, a brand‑new realm, Kung Foot, and an expanded soundtrack. Play solo or four-player co-op in the game, which arrives on October 1st.

Alco coming in October is “Ori and the Blind Forest” developer Moon Studios’ new souls-like action RPG “No Rest for the Wicked”.

There’s also “Silent Hill: Townfall” coming on September 24th, “Dune Awakening” coming to console on September 22nd, “Dynasty Warriors 3 Remastered” on October 1st, and “Ace Combat 8” arriving on October 2nd.

Finally comes a new trailer for “Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls” hitting in August, “Kemuri: Hunt the Unseen” and Annapurna’s “The Lost Wild” in 2027, and the currently in development title “Stuntman: Hollywood”.
