Second Trailer: Pixar’s “Cars 3”

Following that bleak first teaser trailer the other month, Disney’s second look at Pixar’s “Cars 3” is a bit more upbeat but still shows a much more serious toned tale than the previous two films in the series.

Directed by Brian Fee, the film sees Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast racers who push him out of the sport he loves.

To get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young race technician, Cruz Ramirez, with her own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Fabulous Hudson Hornet.

“Cars 3” opens June 16th.
