Michelle Yeoh and Pete Davidson have joined “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts,” the seventh installment of Hasbro, Skydance and Paramount’s movie franchise.
Yeoh will lend her voice to the Airazor character, and Davidson will voice Mirage, in the already completed filming Steven Caple Jr.-directed feature.
Dominque Fishback and Anthony Ramos lead the cast in the live-action roles in this entry which is inspired by the popular 1990s Beast Wars property.
The film itself is dubbed a 1990s globetrotting adventure, spanning from Brooklyn to Peru, and will introduce the Maximals and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.
“Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” is currently set for a June 9th 2023 release.
