Warner Bros. Games has unveiled the trailer for “LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight,” a brand-new open-world action adventure videogame coming in 2026.
The title invites players to embark on Bruce Wayne’s epic journey to become the hero of Gotham City.
The game also pays tribute to decades of Batman films, television, comics and games with the just-released trailer showing distinct homages to Nolan’s “Dark Knight” trilogy, Matt Reeves’ “The Batman,” Tim Burton’s “Batman” films, the “Batman: Arkham” games and more.
TT Games developed the title which pushes beyond the open world elements of “LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga” to deliver a much larger scale title than past LEGO-themed titles.
The clip comes as rumors swirl of “Batman: Arkham” developer Rocksteady working on a new Batman game.
“LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight” is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Switch 2.
