The teaser trailer for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” and the full trailer for “The Batman” topped this year’s second annual World Trailer Awards in Portugal.
Winners were announced across the worlds of TV, cinema, games and streaming with winners selected by a panel 450-plus international entertainment opinion leaders and industry experts.
Both the aforementioned films took home multiple honors for their marketing, with other awards in the cinema arena going to films like “The Amazing Maurice,” “Amsterdam,” “See How They Run,” “13 Lives,” “Thor: Love and Thunder” and even “Morbius” for its motion poster.
On the TV front, “Peaky Blinders,” “Man Vs Bee,” “Russian Doll,” “Ozark,” “A League of Their Own,” “Chernobyl: The Lost Tapes” and “Frozen Planet II” were winners whilst “Deathloop,” “Blanc” and “The Dark Pictures: The Devil in Me” took gaming honors.
