Marvel Studios has confirmed the release schedule for its upcoming “VisionQuest” series, which will be pumped out over a span of less than a month.
In an announcement this morning, Disney+ has confirmed that the eight-episode series will be released a double episodes for much of its run.
The first two will release on October 14th, the third and fourth on October 21st, and the fifth and sixth on October 28th.
Then it switches to a weekly cadence with the seventh on November 4th and the finale on November 11th.
Part of that is due to length. The first six episodes range from 45-54 minutes runtime, but the last two clock in at 62 minutes and 68 minutes respectively – the longest MCU TV episodes made to date.
Critics’ copies are being sent out tomorrow, so spoilers are expected to go online by the weekend as someone inevitably leaks it. The overall review embargo lifts on Monday afternoon.
