Some new concept art from the “Avatar” sequels have gone online via the franchise’s official Twitter account.
The art showcases a new transformable underwater mech which will be a part of the follow-up, a vehicle known as the ‘Crabsuit’ and is one of the many new RDA vehicles seen in the films.
As has already been revealed, the ocean of Pandora will play a big part in the second of the planned five total films for the franchise. Production is currently continuing in New Zealand on the films with the second, third and part of the fourth currently being worked on.
Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Joel David Moore, Dileep Rao, Stephen Lang, Sigourney Weaver, and Matt Gerald are returning for the new films and are joined by new cast members Kate Winslet, Edie Falco, Michelle Yeoh, Vin Diesel, Jemaine Clement, and Oona Chaplin.
“Avatar 2” is aiming for a December 17th 2021 release in cinemas.
