The filmmmaker behind “The Rider,” “Nomadland” and “Eternals” will develop and produce scripted content for Searchlight TV across all platforms. Untitled Jerry Falwell Jr. Series
“Snowfall” producer Michael London has signed a first-look deal with Lionsgate TV, and has already set up a first project – a limited series about the rise and fall of former Liberty University president Jerry Falwell Jr.
Son of the prominent evangelist, Falwell Jr. was a key figure in the worlds of evangelical Christianity and conservative politics until a scandal involving a multi-year ‘thruple’ with his wife and a pool boy. [Source: THR]

Rollin’
Lena Waithe and Pharrell Williams are teaming to produce the half-hour, single-camera comedy series “Rollin'” for HBO Max and Warner Bros. Television Group. Calaya Michelle Stallworth will write and executive produce.

The Tulsa King
Paramount+ has released a new featurette for the new Taylor Sheridan-produced series “The Tulsa King” starring Sylvester Stallone in his first scripted television role.
Shot in Oklahoma, the series a recently released from prison mafioso sent to middle America to build a criminal empire there. Max Casella, Domenick Lombardozzi, Vincent Piazza, A.C. Peterson and Dana Delany co-star in the series, with the first two episodes to air Sunday, November 20th.
