Yellowstone
Paramount Network has announced a June 21st premiere date for the third season of its Kevin Costner-led drama “Yellowstone”. The series follows the Dutton family and the conflicts that arise along the shared borders of their large cattle ranch. Josh Holloway joins returning cast including Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, Forrie Smith, Denim Richards and Gil Birmingham. The Mandalorian
The apparent episode titles for the upcoming second season of “The Mandalorian” have reportedly been revealed ahead of its premiere in October. The titles, all two words starting with ‘The’, are rumored to be: The Search, The Confrontation, The Bounty, The Republic, The Loyalist, The Sorcerer, The Return and The Empire. The second season was able to complete photography before the production shut down and currently hasn’t changed plans for its airing. [Source: Emre Kaya]
The Great
Hulu has unveiled a new trailer for its satirical series “The Great” starring Elle Fanning as famed Russian empress Catherine the Great. The story is a modern take on the roles Catherine played over her lifetime as a lover, teacher, ruler, friend and fighter. Nicholas Hoult, Phoebe Fox, Adam Godley, Gwilym Lee, Charity Wakefield, Douglas Hodge, and Sacha Dhawan co-star in the series which is set to premiere on May 15th.
Quiz
AMC has released a teaser for the three-episode limited series “Quiz”. The mini-series deals with Charles (Matthew Macfadyen) and Diana Ingram (Sian Clifford) who attempted an audacious heist on the quiz show “Who Wants to Be A Millionaire” in 2001. The couple, and their accomplice Tecwen Whittock (Michael Jibson) were accused of cheating their way to a million pounds. The series premieres May 31st.
