SYFY is dedicating the month of April to airing every episode of popular sci-fi/fantasy TV shows “Battlestar Galactica” and “Xena: Warrior Princess”. In addition to the full marathons, there will be special appearances from respective series stars Tricia Helfer and Lucy Lawless hosting wrap sessions, along with some special guest appearances. I Can’t Date Jesus
20th Century Fox TV is developing an adaptation of Michael Arceneaux’s memoir “I Can’t Date Jesus” into a half-hour cable or streaming series with Jerrod Carmichael, Lee Daniels and Marc Velez executive producing..

The book, a collection of 17 autobiographical essays, chronicles his upbringing within a working-class, heavily church-going black family from Louisiana, whilst also being gay and dealing with issues from private student loans to economic anxiety and obstacles in embracing intimacy. The Walking Dead: World Beyond
AMC has released a new teaser promo for the new spin-off series “The Walking Dead: World Beyond” which teases a connection among the three shows as it will go into the group with the 3 Circles symbol. Originally set to debut on April 12th, World Beyond will now premiere later this year.

Insecure
HBO has released the featurette for the ten-episode fourth season of their hit comedy-drama series “Insecure”. The clip sees Issa Rae and the cast talking about what to expect in the new season which is set to return on April 12th. The series explores the black female experience and follows the friendship of two black women as they deal with their own real-life flaws while attempting to navigate different worlds and cope with an endless series of uncomfortable everyday experiences.
