Sweet Tooth
South African actor Neil Sandilands (“The Flash,” “News of the World”) will co-star in Netflix’s eight-episode drama series adaptation of the DC Vertigo comic “Sweet Tooth” which Robert Downey Jr., Susan Downey,, Jim Mickle and Beth Schwartz executive produce. Dania Ramirez, Christian Convery, Nonso Anozie and Adeel Akhtar co-star.

Sandilands will play General Steven Abbot, a self-appointed general for a post-apocalyptic army who leads through wit and intimidation. He has taken advantage of the collapse of society to reinvent himself and claim power, and he revels in his vaulted position. [Source: Deadline]

The Defiant Ones
Peacock has acquired the exclusive U.S. rights to the four-part documentary series “The Defiant Ones” about Beats co-founders Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine.
