South Park
More details have emerged about Paramount Global’s new five-year deal with Trey Parker and Matt Stone over “South Park”. Along with bringing the entire 26-season library to Paramount+ worldwide, the deal covers 50 new episodes being produced over the next five years. New episodes will debut linearly on Comedy Central on Wednesdays, then will be available to stream on Thursdays on Paramount+. [Source: TV Line]

Stick
The sports comedy series “Stick” has been renewed for a second season on the Apple TV+ service. The renewal comes the same day as the first season finale airs of the show, which stars Owen Wilson, Marc Maron, Mariana Treviño, Lilli Kay, Judy Greer and Timothy Olyphant.

Wilson plays Pryce Cahill, an over-the-hill, ex-pro golfer whose career was derailed prematurely 20 years ago. After the collapse of his marriage and while working at an Indiana sporting goods store, Pryce’s future relies entirely on a troubled 17-year-old golf phenom named Santi (Peter Dager). Euphoria
Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer is joining HBO series “Euphoria,” the famed “Dune” and “Gladiator” score creator will handle the score for the show’s third season. Labrinth, who worked on the music for the first two seasons, is also slated to return. [Source: Variety]

The Savant
Apple TV+ has revealed the first photos from the eight-episode limited series “The Savant” starring Oscar winner Jessica Chastain, Nnamdi Asomugha, Cole Doman, Jordana Spiro, Trinity Lee Shirley, Toussaint Francois Battiste, and Pablo Schreiber star. The first two episodes premiere September 26th.

The series follows a former Marine and undercover investigator known as ‘The Savant’ (Chastain) as she infiltrates online hate groups in an effort to stop domestic extremists before they act. Melissa James Gibson (“House of Cards”) created the series.
