Having waited over two years for the new season to debut, “South Park” fans are sadly going to have to wait a little longer with Comedy Central officially delaying the Season 27 premiere from July 9th to July 23rd.

The delay comes amidst a legal stoush over the show’s lucrative streaming rights following its exclusive streaming licensing deal with HBO Max finishing up while the protracted merger with Skydance stalls things. [Source: Deadline]

What’s In the Box
Neil Patrick Harris is set to host the Netflix game show “What’s in the Box” which is dubbed a ‘massive guessing game’ with each decision potentially leading to ‘life-changing rewards’. James Fox, Dom Waugh, Wes Kauble and Leanne Witcoop will executive produce the six-episode series which will premiere sometime in December. [Source: Variety]

I’m Glad My Mom Died
Jennifer Aniston is set to star in a ten-episode Apple TV+ dramedy series inspired by Jennette McCurdy’s memoir “I’m Glad My Mom Died”. The story recounts Jennette McCurdy’s struggles as a former child actor while dealing with her overbearing, domineering mother (Aniston). Tires
Netflix has renewed its Shane Gillis comedy series “Tires” for a third season, the order coming in under a month after the premiere of the second season on June 5th.

The series follows Will (Steven Gerben), the nervous and unqualified heir to an auto repair chain, attempts to turn his father’s business around despite constant torture from his cousin and now employee, Shane (Gillis). [Source: Variety]

Invasion
Apple TV+ has premiered the first trailer for the third season of its sci-fi series “Invasion” which returns on August 22nd with one episode, followed by a weekly rollout through October 24th. The series was created by Simon Kinberg and David Weil.
