Emmy Award-winning composer Bear McCreary has reportedly been set to do the music for the upcoming Disney+ original fantasy adventure series “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” launching on December 20th.
Walker Scobell, Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri star in the story of the titular 12-year-old modern demigod who’s just coming to terms with his newfound divine powers when the sky god Zeus accuses him of stealing his master lightning bolt. [Source: Film Music Reporter]

Peacock has announced that its recent “The Continental: From the World of John Wick” three-part event series has become the streamer’s biggest original launch of the year.
They also indicate the series now ranks among the top five Peacock originals of all time alongside “Bel-Air,” “The Best Man: The Final Chapters,” “Poker Face” and the just renewed “Based on a True Story”. [Source: Deadline]

AMC has unveiled the first clip from the second season of its “Interview with the Vampire” series adaptation based on Anne Rice’s The Vampire Chronicles novels.
Thanks to a SAG-AFTRA waiver, the second season has already resumed production in Prague and is expected to air in 2024. The clip shows off Louis and Armand’s blossoming romance whilst the vampiric troupe of the Theatre de Vampires feasts.
