Good Omens
Amazon Prime have announced a July 28th premiere date for the second season of its TV series adaptation of Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman’s novel “Good Omens”. Miranda Richardson, Ty Tennant and Peter Davison join the cast this time out.

The second season goes beyond the original source material to illuminate the uncanny friendship between Aziraphale (Michael Sheen), a fussy angel and rare book dealer, and the fast-living demon Crowley (David Tennant).

With the Apocalypse thwarted, Aziraphale and Crowley are getting back to easy living amongst mortals in London’s Soho when an unexpected messenger presents a surprising mystery. [Source: Gizmodo]

Walker: Independence
“Walker” series star and executive producer Jared Padalecki says he and the producers are “aggressively looking for a place” where the show’s prequel spin-off “Walker Independence” can be housed following its cancellation this week. The series is set in the late 1800s and follows an affluent Bostonian named Abby Walker, whose husband is murdered and she moves to a small Texas town. [Source: TV Line]

Doctor Who
The BBC has premiered new official photos of Ncuti Gatwa, Millie Gibson and Jonathan Groff in costume filming scenes for the new season of “Doctor Who”.

Like previous photos released, these show The Doctor and companion Ruby Sunday in period outfits which would suggest rather than sticking with the same outfit no matter the time period, the pair will adjust their clothing for each occasion.

The Righteous Gemstones
HBO has released the teaser trailer for the third season of “The Righteous Gemstones” starring Danny McBride and John Goodman. The show returns on June 18th/

In the new run, the Gemstone siblings finally take over their family’s televangelist empire and have no choice but to work together to overcome the challenges of leadership and realise their extravagant lifestyle comes with a heavy price.
