The Morning Show
Comedian Hasan Minhaj (Netflix’s “Patriot Act”) has joined Apple’s Emmy-winning “The Morning Show” for its second season. Minhaj has a recurring role on the Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon-starring drama as Eric, a charismatic and rising star who joins the team.

Greta Lee and Ruairi O’Connor are also joining the new run which had already begun filming when productions Hollywood-wide shut down at the height of the virus outbreak back in March. [Source: The Live Feed]

Big Mouth
Netflix has released the official trailer for the fourth season of animated comedy “Big Mouth” ahead of its launch on December 4th. The first three seasons of Big Mouth are currently available to stream on Netflix.

The half-hour edgy adult animated comedy from real-life best friends Nick Kroll and Andrew Goldberg deals with the glorious nightmare that is teenage puberty – this season seeing the kids heading to summer camp.

Two Tone Music
Kudos is teaming with “Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight to develop a new drama series set against the backdrop of the UK’s early 1980s Two Tone music scene. Matthew James Wilkinson and Nick Angel will produce the series which will shoot in Birmingham.

The series will explore how the scene exploded out of Coventry and Birmingham helping to unify black, white and Asian youth groups amid racism and political injustice. The movement, which fused Jamaican ska with punk rock and new wave, is associated with UK groups like The Specials, The Selecter and The Beat. [Source: Deadline]

Servant
Apple TV+ has released the official teaser trailer for the second season of M. Night Shyamalan’s psychological horror series “Servant” which is scheduled to return on Friday, January 15th. Lauren Ambrose, Toby Kebbell, Neil Tiger Free and Rupert Grint all return.

“Servant” follows a Philadelphia couple in mourning after an unspeakable tragedy creates a rift in their marriage and opens the door for a mysterious force to enter their home. As Leanne returns to the brownstone and her true nature is revealed, a darker future for all lies ahead.
