Filming has reportedly begun in Paris on the next season of the Omar Sy-led Netflix hit series “Lupin”. This will mark the third ‘part’ of the series following the first two which are now available on the service and follow a professional thief (Sy) seeking revenge against the man who framed his father. Netflix has announced that they are acquiring Scanline VFX, one of the effects shops that have worked on multiple Netflix projects including “Cowboy Bebop,” “Stranger Things,” “Don’t Look Up, The Gray Man” and “Blood Red Sky”.
The firm will continue to operate as a standalone business and work with a variety of clients which in the past has included Warners with projects like “Game of Thrones” and “Zack Snyder’s Justice League”. [Source: Deadline]

A February 11th 2022 premiere date has been set for “Inventing Anna,” the latest Shonda Rhimes-produced Netflix mini-series which stars Anna Chlunsky, Julia Garner, Arian Moayed, Kate Lowes, Alexis Floyd, Anders Holm, Anna Deavere Smith, Jeff Perry, Terry Kinney, and Laverne Cox.
The inspired by a true story tale follows the relationship between an investigative journalist and infamous Russian-born German conwoman who posed as an heiress named Anna Delvey and swindled New York’s socialite scene.
