9-1-1
The Ryan Murphy-produced procedural series “9-1-1” and its spin-off series “9-1-1: Lone Star” have both been renewed for new seasons – a fourth and second respectively.
This mark Fox’s first two drama renewals for the 2020-21 season, no surprise as they are the network’s two highest-rated scripted series this season. With multiplatform viewing, “9-1-1” is averaging 16 million viewers while ‘Lone Star’ averages about 12.3 million viewers. [Source: The Live Feed]
What We Do in the Shadows
FX has released a first-look featurette for the upcoming second season of Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement’s vampire comedy series “What We Do in the Shadows”. The clip teases Guillermo’s Van Helsing storyline and actor Benedict Wong’s appearance. The new season kicks off on Wednesday.

Following the series debut last night, HBO has released a ‘in the weeks ahead’ promo reel for the remaining six episodes of Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s new rom-com thriller series “Run”. Along with teasing the real reason Domhnall Gleeson’s Billy leaves his life behind, we also get to see Waller-Bridge’s character. The next new episode is scheduled to air on April 19th.
NOS4A2
AMC has premiered the teaser trailer for the second season of their supernatural series “NOS4A2” which returns June 1st. The series’ second season picks up eight years later as Vic McQueen (Cummings) remains more determined than ever to destroy Charlie Manx (Quinto). Charlie, having faced his own mortality, emerges desperate for revenge against Vic and sets his sights on her eight-year-old son Wayne.
