Tv News Chambers Resident Dead Vida Zone

Netflix has set an April 26th premiere date for “Chambers,” its new ten-episode supernatural drama series starring Uma Thurman and Tony Goldwyn. Steve Gaghan executive produces while Alfonso Gomez-Rejon directed the premiere.

The story follows a young heart attack survivor investigating the mystery surrounding her donor’s sudden death. The further she goes, the more she starts taking on the troublingly sinister characteristics of the deceased.

9-1-1 & The Resident
FOX has handed out renewals to its hit action procedural “9-1-1” and medical drama “The Resident” with both scoring third seasons. Both series have proven to be hits for the network and have been scoring good critical notices as well. [Source: The Live Feed]

The Walking Dead
AMC’s “The Walking Dead” airs its season finale this coming Sunday and the official promo for the episode has arrived. In the episode Carol (Melissa McBride), Daryl (Norman Reedus), and members of The Kingdom struggle to beat the freezing weather to make it to the next weigh station.

Starz has announced that it will debut the ten-episode second season of its acclaimed dramedy series “Vida” online for viewers to binge in its entirety. In addition, the show will also be available via a traditional weekly schedule. The full second season of “Vida” will debut on-demand and on the Starz app on May 23rd with the series weekly airings kicking off May 26th. [Source: Starz]

The Twilight Zone
Ahead of the show’s debut next week, CBS All Access has released two episode trailers for Jordan Peele’s forthcoming reboot of the anthology series “The Twilight Zone”. The first is for the episode ‘The Comedian’ starring Kumail Nanjiani and Tracy Morgan, the second for the Adam Scott-led new take on the famed episode ‘Nightmare at 30,000 Feet’.
