John Wesley Shipp will reprise his “The Flash” role as Jay Garrick, the Golden Age Flash and member of Earth 2’s Justice Society of America, for an upcoming episode of the second season of “Stargirl” on The CW.

Brittany Snow (“Pitch Perfect”) has joined Ti West’s new horror film “X” at A24 and Bron. West wrote the script and is directing the film which is currently prepping to shoot in New Zealand. Low Country
Three-time Emmy winner Uzo Aduba has signed a multi-year producing deal with CBS Studios. That will include starring in and executive producing “Low Country” from “The Good Wife” creators Robert and Michelle King.
Aduba plays a black and openly gay deputy sheriff in the white southern stronghold of South Carolina’s low country who takes on a wealthy white crime family that has kept everyone in the grip of fear. Anna Friel (“Marcella”) is set to star in a television adaption of Karen Hamilton’s novel “The Perfect Girlfriend” and Netflix and ITV.
