Next, Blue Finch Films has released the teaser trailer for Caleb Phillips’ sci-fi thriller “Imposters” led by Jessica Rothe (“Happy Death Day”) and Charlie Barnett (“Star Wars: The Acolyte”) . The film will have its world premiere at the 2026 SXSW Festival.

In the film, after a couple’s baby boy is taken, the desperate mother learns of a way to bring him back. However, her husband begins to suspect that what she returned with isn’t their son.

Finally, former “The OC” and “Gotham” star Ben McKenzie’s new feature documentary “Everyone Is Lying to You for Money” is set to hit cinemas on April 17th. The documentary is based on McKenzie’s 2023 book “Easy Money”.

The documentary deals with cryptocurrency and the culture of hype, misinformation, speculation, lies and fraud tied inexorably to the digital currency. McKenzie, who holds a degree in economics, has testified before the U.S. Senate on the subject of crypto.
