Trailers: “Babysitter: Killer Queen” & “Come Play”

Netflix has premiered the first trailer for “The Babysitter: Killer Queen,” the sequel to McG’s horror comedy for the streamer arriving on September 10th. McG returns behind the camera with a script penned by Dan Lagana (“American Vandal”) .

The story picks up two years after Cole defeated a satanic cult led by his babysitter Bee. He is trying to forget his past and focus on surviving high school. But when old enemies unexpectedly return, Cole will once again have to outsmart the forces of evil.

That’s not the only horror-themed trailer today. Focus Features has released the official trailer for the horror feature “Come Play”. Jacob Chase (“Larry”) pens and directs the film which will open in theaters on October 30th.

Newcomer Azhy Robertson stars as Oliver, a lonely young boy who seeks solace and refuge in his ever-present cell phone and tablet. When a mysterious creature uses Oliver’s devices against him to break into our world, Oliver’s parents (Gillian Jacobs and John Gallagher Jr.) must fight to save their son from the monster beyond the screen.
